Exchange Charges

A ₹200 exchange fee will be applicable for all standard exchanges.

This fee covers reverse pickup and reshipping charges.
Product Exchange Options

Customers can exchange their item for any other product available on the website, subject to stock availability.

If the chosen product is higher in price, the customer must pay the difference.

If the chosen product is lower in price, the remaining amount will not be refunded.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will provide a free exchange with no additional charges.
